What if my event is cancelled or I am no longer in need of the Tuxedo Rental?

We understand that from time to time, things can change on very short notice.  At SimpleTux we aim to provide the highest quality product and service.  Therefore, as long as your order is cancelled before your tuxedo rental is set to the "Tailoring" or "Shipped" status, we will gladly cancel your order and issue a refund.

Orders cancelled after your tuxedo is set to a "Tailoring" or "Shipped" status will only qualify for a 50% refund of your original tuxedo rental cost.
